What you will do

• Own the architecture and evolution of the core execution engine behind hirify.global agents.
• Lead design for systems that coordinate complex reasoning and action flows at scale.
• Drive reliability, testing, and observability standards across the orchestration stack.
• Create frameworks that enable safe, fast iteration on agent behavior.
• Mentor senior engineers and help grow the technical culture of Agent Orchestration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a strong record of technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Python or Typescript and comfort with asynchronous programming.
• Expertise in distributed systems, concurrency, or large-scale real-time platforms.
• Ability to define long-term architecture and lead complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong instincts around system correctness, reliability, and debuggability.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and raising the technical bar.

Nice to have

• Experience designing runtimes, execution engines, or agent frameworks.
• Experience with model-driven applications or complex orchestration logic.
• Experience with evaluation or experimentation systems.
• Experience influencing engineering standards across multiple teams.
