What you will do

• Build agent-driven product flows across matching, chat, scheduling, and re-engagement.
• Design and implement AI-orchestrated pipelines to replace manual workflows.
• Create internal tools for humans and AIs to inspect system state, debug agent behavior, and steer system direction.
• Implement feedback loops connecting user behavior, agent decisions, and real-world outcomes.
• Optimize the agentic platform for reliability, speed, and scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience building real production systems.
• Full-stack capability across frontend, backend, and AI domains.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python with modern frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Experience with backend systems (Node, Bun, NestJS, FastAPI) and stateful systems (Redis, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of event-driven or distributed systems (RabbitMQ, queues, workers).
• Exposure to LLM pipelines, agents, or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.

Nice to have

• Experience with reinforcement learning, evaluation, or ranking systems.
