What you will do

• Design and build high-performance, reliable, scalable, and secure AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, evaluate, and roll out agent capabilities to internal and external users.
• Enable ProServe builders and advise customers on leveraging ProServe agents for accelerated solution delivery.
• Share knowledge and best practices through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards and advance customer AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud adoption strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
