What you will do

• Lead as a technical expert in Machine Learning across teams.
• Analyze and model large datasets to derive insights for traffic monetization and sales.
• Drive end-to-end Machine Learning projects with high ambiguity and complexity.
• Build, experiment with, optimize, and deploy ML models into production.
• Run A/B experiments and perform statistical analysis.
• Establish scalable, automated processes for large-scale data analysis and ML model development.
• Research new and innovative machine learning approaches.
• Recruit and mentor Applied Scientists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages like C/C++, Python, Java or Perl.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale machine learning systems (profiling, debugging, performance, scalability).
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop, Spark.
