What you will do

• Design and optimize context engineering solutions for large language models and agent-based systems.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and metrics for measuring agent performance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific innovations into customer value.
• Mentor Scientists and influence scientific approach across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in state-of-the-art AI approaches, particularly in recommendation systems and agent-based architectures.
• Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering and context optimization for large language models.
• Track record of delivering production-scale AI solutions.
• Excellent ability to evaluate technical feasibility and communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders.
• Proven experience in mentoring technical teams and driving collaborative research initiatives.
