Salary: $171,600–$222,200 USD annually

• Develop novel algorithms and modeling techniques to advance generative AI.
• Research and build innovative solutions using Agentic AI.
• Impact millions of customers with products and services using speech, vision, and language technology.
• Gain hands-on experience with hirify.global’s heterogeneous data sources and large-scale computing resources.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of AI/ML practitioners, applied scientists, software engineers, and solution architects.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
• Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.
• Work authorization for the US is required.
