What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, developing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Perform daily performance monitoring, analyze campaign data, and provide insights, reports, and recommendations.
• Manage media buying for 10–15 client accounts simultaneously, ensuring compliance with Meta policies for sensitive industries.
• Communicate performance results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong proficiency in media planning, media strategy, and campaign optimization.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in cannabis marketing or a digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
