Location: Based in San Francisco, US. Applicants must have valid US work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment in the US by Capgemini. Travel up to 50-75% for engagements.

What you will do

• Bridge the gap between creative design services, technology strategy, and software engineering.
• Drive technology platform research, experimentation, concept exploration, and prototyping within the creative process.
• Leverage and manage data to support technical needs, including AI applications and impact assessments.
• Identify and analyze current/emerging UX technology patterns and spot new business opportunities through technology enablers.
• Work closely with the creative team to translate design assets into user experience simulations, interactive prototypes, and UI/presentation layers.
• Embrace a maker and tinkerer mindset, using creativity and technology as primary mediums for innovation.

Requirements

• Professional experience designing and developing user interfaces, UX concepts, web sites, and applications on various platforms, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of designers and strategists, and communicate directly with clients.
• Background in data management and manipulation to support data-specific needs.
• Proficiency in modern web front-end application development, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), source control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with LLM-based service integrations, data visualizations, and digital media.
• Proficiency in creating code and exercising software development best practices (e.g., JavaScript/React, Python, C/C++, Unity/C#), and using Figma and other design tools.

Nice to have

• Good working knowledge of AI engineering and applications, GenAI best practices, server technologies, and CI/CD.
• Experience with ML modeling, Data Engineering, and Full Stack Development.
