What you will do

• Develop and execute a global grants pipeline aligned with corporate priorities including innovation, R&D, AI, and sustainability.
• Systematically map national, supranational, and regional funding schemes across various geographies (e.g., UK, EU, US, Canada, LATAM, APAC, Middle East, Africa).
• Lead qualification, bid strategy, consortium management, and full-lifecycle application delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Legal, ESG, and People teams.
• Steward relationships with funding bodies, innovation agencies, development banks, and regional investment authorities.
• Build metrics, dashboards, and executive updates to track pipeline, success rates, funds awarded, and business impact.

Requirements

• Subject-matter expert on global grant landscapes and public funding.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to shape funding roadmaps and orchestrate high-quality submissions.
• Proven experience in market scanning, bid leadership, and award delivery.
• Strong capabilities in coordinating internal stakeholders for technical narratives, impact cases, and IP considerations.
• Adept at implementing robust governance for grant accounting, drawdowns, audits, milestone reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Experience maintaining a rigorous governance framework for due diligence, eligibility, co-funding, and post-award obligations.
