What you will do

• Build, expand, operate, and maintain Airtable to create dashboards, reports, and project structures for team alignment and communication.
• Track and manage a portfolio of AI/ML projects, ensuring clear goals, ARCI, and consistent reporting to stakeholders and production teams.
• Manage timelines, resources, and priorities, setting deadlines and tracking progress to ensure efficient, on-time project delivery.
• Act as the central coordination point for the AI Creative Lab, keeping Genre leads, producers, and internal stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate collaboration across creative, technical, and production functions, ensuring smooth communication via various tools.
• Champion automation and efficiency, supporting the exploration, testing, and integration of emerging AI technologies for content creation.

Requirements

• Proven track record and experience managing and delivering complex technology-centric projects or products using lean methodologies.
• Strong proficient use of Airtable, including building reports, dashboards, and structured workflows for various stakeholders.
• High level competency with presentation and communication tools like Keynote/PowerPoint, and spreadsheets such as Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, PowerBI).
• Proficiency with modern project, product, and communication tools, including Slack, Teams, Jira/Asana, Miro/Mural.
• Good working knowledge and experience using common AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and CoPilot.
• Demonstrated results-driven, proactive, and problem-solving approach to delivery, with a passion for television and content production.
