What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on building relationships and driving account growth.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Assist customers with basic platform usage and troubleshoot minor technical issues with team guidance.
  • Relay customer feedback to relevant teams to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Support the Customer Success Team with administrative tasks and report preparation.
  • Participate in Customer Success projects and initiatives to improve processes and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of customer success principles and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
