What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on building relationships and driving account growth.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Assist customers with basic platform usage and troubleshoot minor technical issues with team guidance.
- Relay customer feedback to relevant teams to identify areas for product improvement.
- Support the Customer Success Team with administrative tasks and report preparation.
- Participate in Customer Success projects and initiatives to improve processes and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Good understanding of customer success principles and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 2-3 years of experience.
