What you will do

  • Lead complex business analysis initiatives and facilitate Agile delivery.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and remove impediments.
  • Support backlog refinement and promote continuous improvement for efficient value delivery.
  • Leverage insights, facilitate UAT, and mitigate risks to support value delivery.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and facilitate workshops to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis with agile environments.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation.
  • Skilled in facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across teams.

Nice to have

  • Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications.
  • Scaled Agile and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst).
