Senior Agile Specialist

What you will do
- Lead complex business analysis initiatives and facilitate Agile delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and remove impediments.
- Support backlog refinement and promote continuous improvement for efficient value delivery.
- Leverage insights, facilitate UAT, and mitigate risks to support value delivery.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and facilitate workshops to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis with agile environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation.
- Skilled in facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across teams.
Nice to have
- Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications.
- Scaled Agile and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst).
