What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the Salesforce implementation project in Brazil.
- Drive the successful adoption of Salesforce CRM tailored to local and global business needs.
- Manage a project team of up to 10 members, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the local teams in São Paulo, global stakeholders, and executive management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce CRM implementation projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- 10+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing Salesforce teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration processes.
- Excellent understanding of the complete ecosystem that Salesforce operates in.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
