What you will do

• Manage intake of up to 100 briefs per month for various creative assets.
• Oversee studio workflow, resource allocation, and deadline tracking using Monday.com.
• Challenge and refine briefs to ensure clarity and alignment before creative work begins.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots alongside internal and external teams.
• Maintain structured asset management and CMS accuracy across digital channels.

Requirements

• Experience in studio, project, or content coordination within a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence managing stakeholders and providing constructive feedback when necessary.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to digital or D2C marketing environments.
• High attention to detail across reporting, documentation, and budget tracking.
• English: B2 required
