What you will do
- Manage daily operations and maintain the physical space of the Hub to high standards.
- Maintain systems and reporting for stakeholder, programme, and project management.
- Ensure administrative and project management systems are in place for successful delivery.
- Act as a key internal contact for operational tasks like procurement and content management.
- Project manage and participate in innovation events, both in-house and with external entities.
- Create and deliver presentations about the Hub and its innovations.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, partners, universities, and public/private sector organizations.
- Support marketing and communications efforts for Hub events, programmes, and projects.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in project management or strategy implementation.
- Experience with event planning and management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
