TL;DR

Intern - Digital Optimisation Programme (Marketing): Enhancing digital experiences for Life Insurance and Annuity customers with an accent on improving customer interactions and driving business outcomes. Focus on gaining hands-on experience with website content management, UX design principles, and analytics tools, while contributing to projects that make a real impact.

Location: Hybrid in Cardiff, UK. Must have valid right to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Support digital excellence across hirify.global's digital platforms.
  • Deliver website content updates, including publishing new webpages and editing existing content.
  • Support webpage design for mobile and desktop using UX principles.
  • Monitor and report website performance using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
  • Undertake web analysis projects to identify insights and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Learn and apply basics of Conversion Rate Optimisation, Search Engine Optimisation, and User Experience.

Requirements

  • Penultimate-year undergraduate, graduating in 2027.
  • 2:1 Degree (any discipline, marketing or related field advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset, highly organised, and flexible team-player.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Passion for websites and a creative approach to digital customer experiences.
