Intern - Digital Optimisation Programme (Marketing): Enhancing digital experiences for Life Insurance and Annuity customers with an accent on improving customer interactions and driving business outcomes. Location: Hybrid in Cardiff, UK. Must have valid right to work in the UK.

What you will do
- Support digital excellence across 's digital platforms.
- Deliver website content updates, including publishing new webpages and editing existing content.
- Support webpage design for mobile and desktop using UX principles.
- Monitor and report website performance using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
- Undertake web analysis projects to identify insights and provide improvement recommendations.
- Learn and apply basics of Conversion Rate Optimisation, Search Engine Optimisation, and User Experience.
Requirements
- Penultimate-year undergraduate, graduating in 2027.
- 2:1 Degree (any discipline, marketing or related field advantageous).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, highly organised, and flexible team-player.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Passion for websites and a creative approach to digital customer experiences.
