Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the main technical voice for hirify.global with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt hirify.global.
• Implement technical strategies with a clear understanding of business value.
• Build a movement of technical champions within customer accounts.
• Align technical strategies around hirify.global solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, technical account management, and technical leadership.
• Proven track record with large enterprises and global accounts (> $1m ARR).
• Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers.
• Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience practicing live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.
