What you will do

• Lead and define programs with significant organizational and technical impact.
• Drive the execution of innovative AI security initiatives for hirify.global's cloud platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional security programs, including MFA and advanced network protections.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management to design and build next-generation hirify.global services.
• Improve organizational execution and mentor colleagues on program management best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of demonstrated industry experience leading complex engineering projects in current cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, compliance frameworks, and best practices for securely deploying and operating LLMs and machine learning platforms.
• Proven track record of driving complex security initiatives (e.g., MFA, zero-trust architecture, advanced network protections), ideally within AI or data-intensive ecosystems.
• Ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic environment not slowed down by ambiguity or competing priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and other functions involved in the product life cycle.
• BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience (e.g., familiarity with SQL, Python, Data).
