What you will do

• Execute commercial topics of running offers and manage relevant commercial processes.
• Coordinate special commercial issues with internal departments.
• Participate in commercial contract negotiations and implement contractual amendments.
• Monitor fulfillment of contractual requirements by consortium partners and subcontractors.
• Initiate measures to secure hirify.global's claims and control contract amendments.
• Support strategic and business planning, forecasting, and determination of operational targets.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or comparable with a financial background.
• Several years of experience in Finance/Commercial/Sales/Marketing/Procurement.
• Proactive, goal- and customer-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• High degree of initiative and willingness to work.
• Fluency in German and English, knowledge of Spanish an advantage.
• Willingness to carry out business trips.
