What you will do

• Establish and lead hirify.global's operations in Australia, serving as the voice of Australian consumers and merchants.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for the Australian business.
• Oversee daily operations, financial activities, budgeting, and reporting to relevant authorities in Australia.
• Manage product governance and service provision, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and manage risks, contributing to the strategic growth and development of the organization.
• Oversee credit activities and support credit authorization as a Responsible Manager for an Australian Credit Licensee.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management experience, management consulting, or strategic operations with a digital/financial product.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in payments or financial services in Australia and New Zealand, including familiarity with and ability to meet licensing requirements.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with C-level decision makers.
• Experience leading and developing local leadership.
• Understanding of P&L and quantitative levers used by merchants.
• Must be a resident of and have legal authorization to work in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
