What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing operations team in Mexico City, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Partner with functional leaders across regions to manage resources, achieve goals, and drive operational KPIs.
• Develop and implement operational processes ensuring compliance with industry regulations and risk management.
• Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and improving operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate performance updates to senior leadership.
• Support talent attraction, development, and workplace experience to maintain a strong workforce.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional teams in fintech, financial services, or BPO environments.
• Strong knowledge of operations, risk, compliance, and payment processing.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to influence and optimize processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
