What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of operational services, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with organizational goals.
- Manage and optimize service delivery workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability in operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational services with business needs.
- Monitor and track operational performance metrics to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Resolve escalated operational issues, providing guidance to teams and ensuring timely issue resolution.
