What you will do
- Own the commercial performance and operational success of your Club, including P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients at C-suite and Director level, leading consultative conversations to create opportunities and solve challenges.
- Create and deliver client growth strategies, build market presence, and nurture relationships to extend impact.
- Develop and foster a high-engagement environment that supports people growth, recognises performance, and addresses underperformance.
- Promote hirify.global’s brand, culture, and values to create a high-performing, autonomous Club.
Requirements
- English: B2 level or higher required
- Ability to lead and manage a team of around 60 people in a hybrid working model
- Experience engaging with clients at C-suite and Director level
- Strong commercial acumen including P&L ownership and revenue management
- Capability to foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and growth
