What you will do

• Act as a trusted thought partner to the COO/CHRO, structuring problems and providing recommendations.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans across Operations and People agendas.
• Build and maintain dashboards and analyses to inform executive decision-making.
• Own and drive multiple projects across Operations and HR from definition to delivery.
• Work effectively with senior leaders to align goals and ensure smooth information flow.
• Ensure leadership forums and operating rhythms are effective and outcome-focused.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Operations, HR, or management consulting.
• Experience in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments with exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills, comfortable with metrics and structured analysis.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and communicate clearly and concisely.
