What you will do

  • Coach Agile teams, enabling them to develop, collaborate, and deliver effectively across multiple initiatives.
  • Facilitate scrum events and foster an environment where continuous learning and improvement thrive.
  • Support the adoption of Agile ways of working and contribute to organisation-wide transformation.
  • Guide teams and Product Owners in forecasting, planning, and delivering work using Agile principles.
  • Enable teams to resolve challenges constructively, promoting openness, respect, and healthy communication.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and contribute to a strong, supportive, and engaged Community of Practice.

Requirements

  • Experience leading Scrum and Agile teams in complex or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong coaching skills to support individuals, teams, and leaders on their Agile journey.
  • Deep understanding and pragmatic application of Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence to work across business and technology teams.
  • Ability to interpret technical information, digital delivery approaches, and operating models.
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner qualification (e.g., PSM, SAFe) required.
