What you will do
- Coach Agile teams, enabling them to develop, collaborate, and deliver effectively across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate scrum events and foster an environment where continuous learning and improvement thrive.
- Support the adoption of Agile ways of working and contribute to organisation-wide transformation.
- Guide teams and Product Owners in forecasting, planning, and delivering work using Agile principles.
- Enable teams to resolve challenges constructively, promoting openness, respect, and healthy communication.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and contribute to a strong, supportive, and engaged Community of Practice.
Requirements
- Experience leading Scrum and Agile teams in complex or highly regulated environments.
- Strong coaching skills to support individuals, teams, and leaders on their Agile journey.
- Deep understanding and pragmatic application of Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence to work across business and technology teams.
- Ability to interpret technical information, digital delivery approaches, and operating models.
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner qualification (e.g., PSM, SAFe) required.
