What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and refine project delivery frameworks to optimise system-wide flow and organisational agility.
• Anticipate and proactively address systemic risks, bottlenecks, and cross-functional conflicts before they become critical issues.
• Design and embed processes for complex, multi-phase projects to ensure business-wide impact and desired outcomes.
• Manage intricate external dependencies with long lead times, maintaining internal delivery agility.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by embedding performance metrics into organisational dashboards.
• Coach emerging talent, facilitate career development, and proactively manage potential conflict situations.

Requirements

• Proven experience providing strategic leadership for highly complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of multiple methodologies (e.g., Agile and Waterfall) with the capability to systematically tailor and combine them.
• Ability to anticipate and manage systemic risks, external dependencies, and cross-functional conflicts.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing high-level decision-making.
• Experience leveraging data to drive commercial clarity and strategic trade-offs.
• Work authorization for the United Kingdom is required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Bristol or London hubs.
