What you will do

• Act as functional expert for Oracle EBS 12.2 R2R modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA).
• Support daily operations, issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement within EBS R2R.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and document specifications.
• Coordinate and perform system testing, including integration testing and UAT.
• Collaborate with finance teams and IT partners to ensure stable and scalable financial solutions.
• Support data analysis, reconciliations, month-end activities, and compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 R2R modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA).
• Strong understanding of core R2R finance processes and accounting principles.
• Experience in business analysis activities: requirements gathering, process mapping, functional design.
• Experience in system testing (test scenario creation, execution, defect management).
• Ability to work in a global, multi-time-zone environment with strong communication skills in English (B2).
• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach in a complex enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud R2R modules.
• Background in finance, accounting, or financial systems support.
• Knowledge of treasury processes, bank interfaces, reconciliation tools, or asset management.
• Exposure to large-scale ERP transformation or multi-system environments.
• Oracle certifications (EBS or Fusion).
