hirify.global is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Enterprise Application Support Manager to lead the support, optimization, and strategic management of our global enterprise applications.
What you will do
- Lead support, optimization, and strategic management of global enterprise applications (Oracle Fusion ERP, FCCS, PBCS, BlackLine, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to understand business needs and implement solutions.
- Manage cross-functional financial systems projects to ensure U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Oversee 1st line support for financial applications, ensuring quick issue resolution and minimal downtime.
- Manage day-to-day support, availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant business and technology experience.
- Minimum 6 years of working knowledge of core accounting/finance functions (accounts payable, general accounting, working capital management, cash applications, revenue management, billing, financial reporting, payroll).
- Minimum 6 years of experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a highly complex environment.
- Exposure to a variety of general ledger and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, including Oracle Fusion configurations (FCCS, PBCS).
- Project management experience with a track record of meeting expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-resolution, and analytical skills.
