What you will do

  • Manage acquisition efforts for specific locales and scale growth.
  • Take ownership of new funnels, R&D initiatives, and potentially explore new traffic sources.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate and optimize high-performing ad ideas.
  • Utilize autorules and AI-agents to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 6-8 months of hands-on experience working directly with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics within performance-driven startups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on reports.
  • Ability to draw logical conclusions from data.

Nice to have

  • University degree in mathematics or another technical field.
