Salary: 125 - 178 PLN/h + VAT (B2B); 17 500 - 24 900 PLN gross (Permanent)

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, plan milestones, and polish features by measuring performance.
• Choose adequate technical and business metrics to monitor features and manage risk.
• Collaborate with the team to create and maintain features.
• Mentor team members and help hire new talent.
• Solve technical design issues and maintain a healthy codebase.
• Together with the team, create technical and architectural standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of recent PHP & Symfony versions.
• Experience in building scalable systems.
• Practical communication skills and the ability to work in a group.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
