What you will do

• Develop high-performance, testable, and maintainable code for new functionality.
• Design and implement microservices within a production environment.
• Analyze and estimate implementation efforts for complex technical tasks.
• Contribute to monitoring and improving overall application stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex software problems.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain design documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in server-side development with PHP (Symfony/Laravel).
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production.
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns (Clean/Onion/Hexagonal, SOA, SOLID, DRY).
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, Redis, and messaging services like NATS.
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices including unit testing.
• Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Tempo, Loki, OTEL, or Prometheus.
• Experience with high-load systems.
