What you will do

• Manage large-scale and global research projects, including day-to-day client and team management, and full execution from start to finish.
• Partner and consult with clients and hirify.global account teams to problem-solve challenges, including data analysis, report writing, and presentations.
• Contribute to research design, sampling plans, questionnaires, moderator guides, and analytical plans.
• Interpret research data and insights, working with junior staff to create compelling stories across research disciplines.
• Recommend communication solutions and research methodologies based on research results in consultation with senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets, client relationships, and assist with growing client business through insightful work and strategic proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• At least five years of experience in market research, consumer insights, ideation, strategy development, or digital/social research.
• Strong knowledge in advanced research methodologies.
• Expertise in either primary or secondary research with a basic understanding or strong curiosity for the other.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with integrated media measurement.
• Well-versed in generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) and able to integrate them into research workflows.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with ability to build strong relationships.
