What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm interview requests with speed and efficiency.
• Communicate well and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally.
• Ensure all candidates have a world-class and positive experience from start to finish, by providing a smooth, engaging, and efficient process.
• Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting, etc) and maintain effective communication channels.
• Solve scheduling conflicts and help expedite the interview process when faced with roadblocks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role in a fast-paced environment (preferably in tech/SaaS).
• Experience managing a high volume of scheduling requests.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency within an ATS; Greenhouse preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience using ModernLoop or similar scheduling software.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with G-suite and Slack.
