What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of carrier and customer integrations from technical review through testing and go-live.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, EDI, and flat-file connections.
• Investigate complex data, mapping, and tracking issues to identify root causes and implement durable fixes.
• Manage multiple integrations and support tickets in parallel while meeting SLA expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams.
• Contribute to automation efforts and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed in daily work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical integrations, technical operations, or implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, EDI, and/or flat-file data exchange.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work through ambiguous problems.
• Comfort working in ticket-based environments with SLAs and competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, JSON/XML, SQL, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Observe/Kibana, or similar.
• Strong sense of ownership and comfortable collaborating across teams without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple transport modes (FTL, LTL, Parcel, Ocean, Air).
• Exposure to iPaaS platforms or workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems.
• Additional languages.
