Business Technology Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Interface between business strategy and technology to enable business value.
• Evaluate and select AI/ML solutions for enterprise contexts, including build vs. buy decisions and ROI modelling.
• Apply AI integration patterns (RAG, agents, fine-tuning) to guide client decisions at a conceptual and practical level.
• Work with solution architects and other teams to shape IT strategies.
• Support project leads and independently lead client meetings and workshops.
• Manage project artifacts including requirements documents, milestones, and deliverables to ensure delivery on time, in scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technology consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience.
• A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science) and/or an MBA.
• Experience with modern integration and application architectures.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.), ERP systems, and cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with AI tools and LLMs and ability to apply AI knowledge in a business context.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English.
• Proven ability to run workshops, facilitate interviews, and present to senior stakeholders.
