What you will do

• Lead the technical development and rollout of a company-wide Master Data Governance tool.
• Act as the central point of contact for master data management and data quality.
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements from business units and IT.
• Create and maintain specifications, functional concepts, and decision templates.
• Coordinate implementation with internal IT teams and external service providers.
• Conduct testing, acceptance, and training, and monitor data quality KPIs.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in master data management, IT projects, or data governance initiatives.
• Experience in requirements analysis, system design, and IT system management.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools including SAP and SQL.
• Profound understanding of data structures, data quality, and enterprise-wide data flows, including master data objects in SAP (MM, SD, PP, QM modules).
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured working style.
• English: C1 (fluent written and spoken) required.
