What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners across cards, loans, and internal platforms.
• Serve as the go-to expert on product functionality, business value, and operational impact.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Architects to co-design smart, scalable solutions.
• Support agile, outcome-driven product development.
• Translate business strategy into clear, implementable product directions.

Requirements

• Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience with banking/financial products such as cards, loans, and payments.
• Technical fluency and experience in agile product environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
• English: B2 required
• Work format: Hybrid in Portugal (Porto or Lisbon)
