What you will do
- Resolve and manage production incidents (L3), ensuring accurate root cause analysis and timely resolution.
- Analyze application architecture and business workflows, following transactions across multiple system components.
- Investigate complex issues through log analysis, database queries, and system metrics.
- Proactively define monitoring metrics, identify recurring failure patterns, and collaborate with development teams on structural improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Solid hands-on experience with Linux shell environments.
- Knowledge of SQL (DML operations).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK Stack).
