TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide L2 application support for web apps, APIs, corporate IT tools, and SaaS platforms, triaging and resolving incidents within SLAs.
  • Investigate issues using logs, monitoring tools like Grafana, and API testing with Postman; perform root-cause analysis and document fixes.
  • Manage software licenses for 400+ units: grant/revoke access per RBAC, procurement, payments, renewals, and deactivation.
  • Identify recurring problems and drive automation or process improvements using scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
  • Handle incident/problem management with Atlassian tools (Jira Service Desk, Confluence) and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotation if required and collaborate with engineering/product teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in application support, technical support, or service operations (L2).
  • Strong troubleshooting for web apps (HTTP, REST, auth, dev tools, SaaS management).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, Confluence).
  • Ability to read logs and use monitoring (Grafana, Kibana, Datadog).
  • Scripting for automation (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
  • Understanding of incident/problem management (ITIL a plus); strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Linux basics, containers, or cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Basic networking (DNS, latency, firewalls), SSO, API tools (Postman), message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
  • Strong experience managing a huge number of systems or organizing them from scratch.
