What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screens and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from scheduling to extending offers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Continuously improve the recruiting process and build a talent pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology recruiting, with a preference for software development environment experience.
• 2+ years experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top-tier technology talent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and Bachelor's degree in a related field.
