Salary: Poland: PLN7,200 - PLN11,000 gross monthly

• Build and implement sourcing strategies.
• Develop talent pipelines and execute tactical research and sourcing campaigns.
• Find and engage active and passive candidates through various channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts using data.
• Utilize our ATS to manage talent pools.
• Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods.

Requirements

• Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top talent in financial services or tech.
• Solid understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and global talent markets.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates.
• Results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scale.
• Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands.
• Love for problem-solving and using data for strategic decisions.
• English language proficiency is required.
