- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts using data.
- Utilize our ATS to manage talent pools.
- Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods.
Requirements
- Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top talent in financial services or tech.
- Solid understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and global talent markets.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates.
- Results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scale.
- Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands.
- Love for problem-solving and using data for strategic decisions.
- English language proficiency is required.
