Location: Hybrid, regular in-office days in Stockholm. Prioritizing candidates already based in Stockholm and eligible to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Map workflows across teams (Finance, CS, Sales, People, Product, Security, Legal, Data, R&D) to identify human middleware.
• Design and ship automations connecting core tech stack (Salesforce, Slack, ERP, Google Workspace) using tools like n8n, Make, or Python.
• Apply AI thinking internally, experiment with LLMs and AI agents to automate operational workflows (e.g., routing support tickets, summarizing data, generating reports).
• Continuously review and consolidate the tool stack, owning the full loop from identification to measurement.
• Work directly with CS, Sales, Finance, and Ops to understand pain points and build solutions collaboratively.

Requirements

• Good Judgment: Apply AI thoughtfully with understanding of security, reliability, and GDPR.
• Based in Stockholm and eligible to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship.
