What you will do

• Partner closely with business development teams and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility and scope within given constraints.
• Design, develop, and modify user interfaces and software systems using data-driven insights and scientific analysis.
• Plan and define system specifications, layouts, workflows, and modifications to supporting systems.
• Coordinate installation of software systems and monitor performance to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Contribute high-quality UX, interaction design, and visual design work across internal product initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX / Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Product Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in software design and development.
• Professional experience in UI development and data-driven UI design.
• Strong communication abilities, including conveying design rationale and collaborating across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• A robust, high-quality design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, UX case studies, and visual design expertise.
• Experience building internal tools or enterprise SaaS interfaces.
• Prior experience working in cross-functional technical environments with engineering, product, sales, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
