Salary: $105,600 - $125,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Champion exceptional user experience solutions across hirify.global's product suite.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to discover unmet needs and drive innovation.
• Ideate on strategic design solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Create high-quality design artifacts including personas, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual comps.
• Translate complex systems into tangible, simple UI concepts and demonstrate them through storytelling and rapid prototyping.
• Apply and contribute to a shared design system, ensuring visual consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Design or UX design role, preferably on complex, technical SaaS products with a B2B focus.
• Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools, specifically Figma.
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems or component libraries.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
• Experience testing prototypes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma variables and auto-layout.
