TL;DR

Senior CRM Manager (HubSpot): Owning and scaling HubSpot strategy and roadmap across international events and media, redesigning data models and customer journeys. Focus on improving data integrity, governance, and reporting reliability to underpin commercial growth and long-term value creation across a multi-vertical B2B portfolio.

Location: Hybrid working in London, UK (3 days in office required)

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + 10% bonus

What you will do

  • Own the HubSpot strategy, standards, and roadmap across the organisation.
  • Redesign data models, lifecycle stages, and segmentation frameworks.
  • Define and optimise customer journeys from acquisition to retention.
  • Improve data integrity, governance, and reporting reliability.
  • Oversee CRM integration with sales, finance, and operational systems.
  • Lead and build CRM capability, potentially with line management responsibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and scaling HubSpot in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures, lifecycle management, and segmentation.
  • Experience adapting CRM to support new products, markets, or revenue streams.
  • Confidence working with integrations and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to set governance standards and prioritise competing CRM demands.
