What you will do

• Oversee multiple CGI projects for the SaaS platform, managing workflows from client onboarding to delivery.
• Monitor the progress of tasks within each project using standardized production workflows.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Align internal and external resources to facilitate seamless collaboration and achieve project goals.
• Actively contribute to and lead team meetings, keeping everyone aligned on project updates, tasks, and deadlines.
• Create and distribute timelines, statements of work, and detailed project delivery plans.

Requirements

• Experienced as a Project Manager, Asset Producer, or Traffic Manager in marketing, advertising, CG/gaming, or creative production.
• Client-focused, excelling at clear and warm communication.
• Energetic, thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficient in handling large amounts of information, particularly in Excel.
• Understand design and the creative process, ensuring the quality of photorealistic content is upheld.
• Familiarity with Jira and other project management tools is a plus.
