What you will do

• Own full lifecycle project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices (Agile and Waterfall).
• Build detailed project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects, tracking action items and enforcing accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks early, and lead post-project evaluations.
• Report on project financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration.

Requirements

• University/Bachelor’s degree with PMP Certification required.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and serving as primary client contact.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and skilled in developing detailed project plans.
• Proactive in managing risks, escalations, and highly organized.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
