What you will do
- Own and manage the overall programme roadmap across multiple business areas to deliver the brand promise.
- Support strategic end-to-end planning and implementation of projects, including scoping and resource planning.
- Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, identifying dependencies and aligning timelines and objectives.
- Manage programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication, including senior leadership.
- Act as the central point of coordination, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Identify and manage potential risks by putting mitigation plans in place.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme management and change implementation.
- At least 7+ years of experience in programme management within marketing, brand, or transformation contexts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including internal and external contacts.
- Highly organised and able to work to demanding deadlines with high attention to detail.
- A proactive and solution-orientated approach.
- A strong understanding of brand and marketing.
