What you will do

• Own and manage the overall programme roadmap across multiple business areas to deliver the brand promise.
• Support strategic end-to-end planning and implementation of projects, including scoping and resource planning.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, identifying dependencies and aligning timelines and objectives.
• Manage programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication, including senior leadership.
• Act as the central point of coordination, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Identify and manage potential risks by putting mitigation plans in place.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programme management and change implementation.
• At least 7+ years of experience in programme management within marketing, brand, or transformation contexts.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including internal and external contacts.
• Highly organised and able to work to demanding deadlines with high attention to detail.
• A proactive and solution-orientated approach.
• A strong understanding of brand and marketing.
