What you will do

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms.
• Lead integrations across CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Consent Systems, and Identity Providers.
• Lead implementation and integration of Consent Management Platforms, designing consent data flows and region-specific logic.
• Manage small-to-mid size engineering teams (5–10 members), conducting architecture reviews and enforcing coding standards.
• Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical risk mitigation for integration projects.
• Provide mentorship to developers on integration best practices and AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Strong technical depth in system integrations, consent and identity ecosystems.
• Experience designing secure integration architectures and implementing consent/preference management workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, with expertise in REST, OpenAPI, and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and experience with Consent Management Platforms like OneTrust.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, and data privacy principles, with exposure to regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain.
• Experience implementing CIAM solutions (Auth0, Azure AD B2C, Okta).
• Experience with event-driven microservices architectures.
