What you will do

• Lead a team of 10–16 software engineers, managing performance and career progression.
• Drive the vision and roadmap for the ZPA Clientless Platform & App Protection.
• Deliver high-quality, reliable microservices and highly distributed solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize security.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineering leaders on execution.

Requirements

• 9+ years of engineering leadership experience, including 3+ years managing global teams.
• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with networking and systems software (TCP/IP, SSL, HTTPS).
• Deep knowledge of distributed software architectures and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven ability to lead teams delivering distributed solutions using C, Go, Java, and JavaScript.
• Skilled at partnering with product management to turn technical vision into impactful execution.
